Knowing your personality style is important as you develop your leadership skills in the business world.
The goal for this lesson is to convey to students the complexity of personalities. Using a personality test based on Carl Jung and Isabelle Briggs Meyers’ personality type theory students will discover, discuss, and analyze their individual personality and leadership styles. The knowledge gained from this lesson will help students recognize how different behaviors link to personality. This knowledge will be useful in the future so they can be better prepared to interact with people in the workplace, in public, and at home.
This lesson requires that each student have access to a computer or device as well as the internet.
- Define personality and identify the eight personality traits that fall under Carl Jung’s type theory.
